Commercial Lighting Replacement Lens

Some of the most popular light covers are flat sheet diffusers. If you have old, cracked, or discolored lenses on your lights, it is time to replace them! Proper maintenance of commercial lighting is very important to keep the quality of light in your building excellent. These flat sheet replacement lenses are available in many sizes, thicknesses, and transparencies, depending on what your needs may be. These lenses are just like they sound- they are flat sheets that are made of extruded acrylic or polycarbonate and fit easily into your existing light fixtures. These create a wonderful aesthetic and a comfortable light environment, and also are very simple to install and last for a long time with excellent performance.

Prismatic Diffuser Sheets

Our range of prismatic diffuser sheetsare made of polycarbonate (PC) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin. They are primarily used in indoor workspace lighting applications to optimize light transmission and disperse the effects of glare. These panels are lightweight, easy to install, and can be cut in-house to meet your size requirements. Prismatic diffusion panels also help to hide unsightly cables in suspended ceilings and reduce drafts in open interior environments.

At Kunxin Group, we offer two material options for fluorescent or LED lighting applications. Our standard option is polycarbonate, which transmits up to 89% of the light and is designed for fluorescent lighting. The panel has a K12 diagonal female prismatic matrix surface on one side and a smooth top surface suitable for vacuum forming, molding and fabrication on the other side.

PET diffusion panels are also available, specifically designed for LED lighting. The panels are BS EN 12464-1 compliant and feature a P52 cross-line prism surface that provides excellent glare removal performance. The material is UV stable and provides up to 84% light transmission. The PET prismatic diffuser panel also has a TP(a) fire rating, which means the material will self-extinguish within five seconds of flame removal.

Applications

Primarily used for fluorescent lighting applications in schools, restaurants, hospitals, sports facilities, retail stores, clean rooms, public buildings, offices and public areas. Prismatic diffusion panels can also be used as high-quality flame retardant diffusers.
